I will be constantly expanding my range so, if there’s something that you need that you can’t see here, please ring me as website only features a small amount of products available in shop.  I have other wool in store not on website yet.

In most cases, if you change your mind or find that you no longer need something, you are welcome to return it for a refund, within 14 days of purchase. Please call or email us as soon as possible to let us know that you will be returning the item. Goods must be returned complete, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of special orders, or knitting patterns.

In the case of items found to have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Generally, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer will bear the cost of return postage.   Refunds will only be made upon safe receipt. Crafty Bride will refund the return carriage cost of any item sent in error, or found to be damaged or faulty.

In the case that the value of your order qualified  for free delivery, please be aware that we may, at our discretion, deduct the original value of shipping from any refund for items returned (unless faulty), if the return of those items brings the total value of the order below the free delivery threshold.

All payments and refunds are processed via Stripe. For returned items, refunds will generally be processed within one working day of receipt.

Crafty Bride is not currently registered for VAT.
